GCSE Results 2024
Thomas Middlecott Academy would like to congratulate our year 11 students on their GCSE examination results.We are delighted to share that our students at TMA have received some great GCSE examination results this year, these results are a testament to their commitment, hard work and dedication over the past five years.
Lisa Hawkins, Principal said ‘We are extremely proud of our students and their GCSE examination results. Each student has been superb, rising to the challenge demonstrating true ambition and aspiration throughout their time at TMA. It was very pleasing to see our 4+ and 5+ basics in English and Maths increasing from the previous years results, clearly demonstrating all the hard work students have shown this academic year. I would like to thank teachers and support staff who have worked with passion to ensure our students are able to progress onto their next educational journey. We would like to wish the class of 2024 the very best of luck for the future’.
Whilst we are proud of all our students’ achievements, there have been some notable individual successes:
- Amelia Lincoln, two 9s, three 8s,one 6,four 5s. Amelia is going to Boston college to study A-Level Law, Psychology and History.
- Armine, two 9s,four 7s,two 6s, three 5s. Armine is going to Boston college to study A-level English Literature, Film and Media.
‘My Life at TMA has sculptured me into who I have become. From representing the school at DRET competitions to being head boy and being a student voice member to getting my GCSE results. I couldn’t have left any other way and I’m nothing but excited for my future.’

‘My experience at TMA was very positive. With the help from the school, I was able to put 100%into my exams, leading to overwhelmingly good results. The teachers were motivating and ambitious, pushing students to do their best effort. My friends were amazing throughout the GCSEs holding an enthusiastic attitude towards exams.’
