Thomas Middlecott Academy creates young people who we can all be proud of.
Academic results will always be paramount in all that we do. We aim to ensure that every young person leaves not just with the best grades, but also with an understanding of their strengths and confidence in their own abilities.
There is so much of which our students can be proud, which is why we take the time to celebrate success and recognise the achievements of all our students – whether that be academic performance, sporting success or achievements in the field of music, drama and the arts.
Every student at Thomas Middlecott Academy is a member of a house. We have four houses, each named after an area of Lincolnshire; Lincoln, Holland, Pilgrim and Fen.
Through this community, our students have the opportunity to be a part of the positive, competitive ethos that we are embedding throughout the academy.
Students and staff are encouraged to show team spirit and thrive on the school ethos: “An ambitious, caring and resilient community of learners.”
Leavers’ Prom, house reward systems and celebration events are also a fundamental part of everyday life here at Thomas Middlecott.
